TAKE A STAND!

State Union Ride & Charity Rally on Sunday

You can be part of history, show your support for union labor, benefit local charities, and win prizes, including a brand new Harley Davidson motorcycle! Register online for the Washington State Union Ride & Charity Rally™, to be held Sunday, Sept. 9 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Clearwater Casino Resort in Suquamish, Wash. The cost to register is $25 for union member riders (or “ghost riders”) or $35 with a passenger.

BREAK A WORLD RECORD. Currently, the largest motorcycle poker run stands at 2,136 riders. We think we can beat that! The event is registered with the Guinness Book of World Records. Come make history.

WIN! One lucky winner will ride away on the Grand Prize – a 2012 Harley Davidson motorcycle from Destination Harley Davidson. All registered participants also eligible to participate in a $1,000 cash raffle, sponsored by the Clearwater Casino Resort.  See the event website for details.

TAKE IT ALL IN. The rally is just the beginning! You’ll also enjoy an indoor custom bike show sponsored by Legend Harley Davidson (all participants can enter), music by the Weatherheads, barbecue by Thrill of the Grill, casino fun, and more.

MAKE A DIFFERENCE. Money raised benefits four leading Northwest charities: Helmets to Hardhats (creating jobs for veterans), Seattle Children’s Hospital, ANEW (helping people find work in construction trades), and Northwest Harvest.

The Washington State Union Ride & Charity Rally is presented by Union Home Benefit and sponsored by the Washington State Building & Construction Trades Council and a number of unions, including IBEW Local 46, Sheetmetal Workers Local 66 and Teamsters Joint Council 28, plus Washington businesses, and the Clearwater Casino Resort in Suquamish.
