OLYMPIA, WA (April 28, 2025) — How could single-payer health care benefit unions & union members? All are welcome to join Winning True Health Security on Tuesday, May 6, from 10:00 am to 1:00 p.m, a talk hosted by Health Care is a Human Right, Whole Washington, AFT Washington, the Kitsap County CLC, Thurston-Lewis-Mason CLC, WFSE Local 443, and more.
Join Rose Roach, National Coordinator of the Labor Campaign for Single Payer, for an in-depth discussion of how the labor movement can protect and improve its historic achievements in winning health care — and how it can also help lead the way to winning guaranteed health care for everyone in our state and country.
This interactive session will take place on Tuesday, May 6, from 10:00 to 1:00 in the WA State Labor Council building, 906 Columbia St. SW in Olympia. Coffee and snacks will be provided.
