Family-wage jobs rally in Wenatchee on June 24

The North Central Washington Central Labor Council, AFL-CIO will host a Family-Wage Jobs Rally starting at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, June 24 at Wenatchee’s Memorial Park, S. Chelan Ave. and Orondo Ave. by the Chelan County Courthouse.

Speakers, beginning at 6 p.m., will address the desperate need for good family-wage jobs in Central Washington. More can and must be done to employ local workers!

The rally will have food, live music, children’s entertainment and more, so make plans to bring the whole family.

BUSES FROM RENTON ARE AVAILABLE! There are buses to this event leaving from the UA Local 32 Hall in Renton for anyone interested in a ride.
