Join in Labor Neighbor walks in 5 cities this Saturday, July 7

Labor Neighbor, the Washington State Labor Council’s grassroots member-to-member political action program, is in full swing. Tens of thousands of union members have already been called, visited at home, or leafleted at worksites by other union members stressing the importance of the Primary Election on Aug. 7, and which candidates support strong families, a secure middle class, and a better future for our children.

CLICK HERE to make a commitment TODAY to volunteer to help with this important effort! The following neighborhood walks will be conducted this Saturday, July 7. Shifts are 9 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. (9:00 training, 9:30 pair up, 12:30 last knock, 1:00 debrief):

BELLINGHAM  (1st CD) — Labor Temple — 1700 N. State St.

RICHLAND  (8th LD) — LIUNA 348 — 2505 Duportail

SEATTLE  (46th LD) — 1711 W. Nickerson St., Suite D

TACOMA  (2nd LD) — IBEW 76 — 3049 S. 36th St, #101

VANCOUVER  (17th LD) — IAFF 452 — 2807 NW Fruit Valley Road
