Labor Neighbor walks Saturday, July 14 across the state

Labor Neighbor, the Washington State Labor Council’s grassroots member-to-member political action program, is in full swing. Tens of thousands of union members have already been called, visited at home, or leafleted at worksites by other union members stressing the importance of the Primary Election on Aug. 7, and which candidates support strong families, a secure middle class, and a better future for our children.

CLICK HERE to make a commitment TODAY to volunteer to help with this important effort! The following neighborhood walks will be conducted this Saturday, July 14. Shifts are 9 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. (9:00 training, 9:30 pair up, 12:30 last knock, 1:00 debrief):

AUBURN  (47th LD) — IAM 751 — 201 A St. S.W.

EVERETT  (44th LD) — Labor Temple — 2800 Lombard

MT. VERNON  (1st CD) — USW 12-591 — 47 Alder Lane

RICHLAND (8th LD) — LIUNA 348 — 2505 Duportail

PUYALLUP (25th LD) — Old Pancake House Parking Lot — 160th & Meridian

VANCOUVER (17th LD) — IAFF 452 — 2807 NW Fruit Valley Road
