BUY UNION

Celebrate Memorial Day, start summer right: Buy Union!

Memorial Day — this Monday, May 30 — is a day set aside for remembering the people who died while serving in the United States armed forces. This weekend is also the unofficial kickoff to summer and the grilling season.

Here are some union-made food and drinks to get your barbecues off to a great start. This list comes courtesy of Union Plus; the Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco Workers and Grain Millers (BCTGM); the United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW); and the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor’s website Labor 411.
