27th annual Spokane Labor Rally is Wednesday, Oct. 16

SPOKANE VALLEY — The 2019 Spokane Labor Rally will be held Wednesday, Oct. 16 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Spokane Interstate Fairgrounds, 404 N. Havana St. in Spokane Valley. This is the 27th consecutive year that the Spokane Regional Labor Council and its affiliated unions have hosted this popular event to share good food, door prizes, music, family entertainment, and hear from some candidates who have earned labor’s support.

“Bring your family, meet up with your friends, and help us celebrate with our union community as we hear from our labor-endorsed candidates,” said Tina Morrison, Secretary Treasurer of the Spokane Regional Labor Council.

A $1 donation is requested for food, beverage and door-prize entry — children 12 and under eat free. Tickets are available at the door or at area union offices.

The Spokane Regional Labor Council will be collecting non-perishable food for Second Harvest Food Bank, so feel free to bring your donations to help fight hunger in the community.
