ELECTION

Volunteer for Labor Neighbor phone banks this week

Hundreds of union volunteers with the Washington State Labor Council’s Labor Neighbor program have made thousands of phone calls to fellow union members across the state, urging them to vote against the job-killing Initiative 1125 and the risky Initiative 1183.

As this year’s Labor Neighbor effort hits its home stretch between now an Election Day on Nov. 8, please make plans to participate in a phonebanking shift (or two). It is also possible to make calls from home during these shifts. For more information or to RSVP for a shift(s), email WSLC Field Mobilization Director Lori Province or call her at at 206-281-8901 ext. 24 or 206-351-2956.
