Bonior appears at Town Hall reception on fair trade Mar. 23 in Seattle

bonior-davidSEATTLE — The Washington Fair Trade Coalition will host a Town Hall Reception featuring former Michigan Congressman David Bonior on Monday, March 23 at 6:30 p.m. at Seattle Town Hall, 1119 8th Ave. (Download the event flier.)

This special reception will precede the Town Hall event, which begins at 7:30 p.m. At the Town Hall, Bonior will be joined by Lynne Dodson, Mark McDermott, Mary Ann Mercer, and Robin Everett to discuss our nation’s 20-year experience with NAFTA-style trade policies and the consequences for labor and human rights and environmental, public health and other public policies.

The $25 suggested donation covers both the reception and Town Hall event. Click here for tickets. All proceeds will benefit the Washington Fair Trade Coalition’s 501(c)3 Education Fund.
