MOUNT VERNON — The Washington State Labor Council, AFL-CIO is urging its leaders, staff and rank-and-file members of its affiliated unions, constituency groups and worker centers to save the date of Saturday, Sept. 17 for the WSLC’s Immigrant and Refugee Workers Rising and the Future of the Labor Movement.
