David Groves

David is Editor of The Stand, and Publications Director for the Washington State Labor Council. He joined the council in 1992 after working as a newspaper copy/layout editor at the Carroll County (Md.) Times and the (Norfolk) Virginian-Pilot. He earned a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Maryland.
